Founded in 1999, Oakwrights are firmly established as one of the most progressive and innovative oak framing companies in the market.
Oakwright's oak frames are all traditionally jointed, pegged and draw-bored. As a progressive company they have invested in state of the art machinery to speed up the fabrication process. Nevertheless the arts and means by which an oak frame is crafted are still those that were developed and refined by our mediaeval forefathers. Every frame is still handcrafted by skilled and experienced carpenters.
Whether traditional or contemporary, cottage or manor house, each structure that we build is completely bespoke and unique, designed to the client’s own requirements.
